Step 2We draw it up and send it in.
Our own architects and engineers make the plans, stamp them if they need it, and send them to the permit office for you.
Step 3We handle the back-and-forth.
If the permit office asks for changes, we make them and send it back. We keep going until it's approved, and we tell you whenever anything changes.
